Pragna Kolli — strategy and operations leader. Portfolio of public-data decision tools and an availability statement.

Pragna Kolli
Strategy & Operations

I turn ambiguity into decisions leaders can own — then build and run the operating model that delivers them.

Sharp strategy. Airtight analysis. Candid about what will work and what won't — so the decisions I hand leaders are ones they can own with confidence. Built with real public data and AI.

Open to senior Strategy & Operations, Chief of Staff, Enterprise Strategy, and Program leadership.

How I work

Frame the call, build the engine, run it to a result.

Most strategists can frame a decision but can't build or run the engine behind it. Most operators can run a process but can't frame the strategy. The rare profile does all three under ambiguity — and is honest about where the model stops.

01 · Frame

The decision, not the data

Take an ambiguous, cross-functional problem to the real choice a leader faces — with the trade-offs named.

02 · Build

The engine that produces it

Stand up the operating model, governance, and analytics — sharp on strategy, airtight on the analysis.

03 · Run

To a delivered result

Run it — owner, KPI, cadence, early warning — and say plainly what won't work and how to de-risk it.

Selected work

Decision tools built on real public data — and honest about where it stops.

Proof of how I think: each piece leads with the business question, carries its own “what won't work,” and is defensible end to end.

Medicaid obesity, sized honestly

How big is a state's Medicaid obesity opportunity — and where does the number stop being trustworthy?

A public-data decision suite that sizes eligibility and prevalence, decomposes the cost (~80% is diabetes and hypertension riding on top of obesity), and tests GLP-1 ROI by comorbid segment — for any U.S. state, with the method on screen.

The bottom-up cost lands within ~6% of the published figure by an independent route — and the suite is explicit about the gaps public data structurally cannot close (the paid wedge), rather than overclaiming.

Development-finance opportunity finder

An AI-enabled analyzer of where global development funding concentrates — by region and sector (climate, health, and more) — and how funder strategies are shifting, to surface where the opportunities are. Going live soon.

I also build decision tools on free public data so rigorous strategy isn't a luxury good — and I'm honest about what they can't tell you.
